Important graduation is to you and your family
Dear Seniors, we know how important graduation is to you and your family. It is a very important day and ceremony that you have worked hard for and have earned. We want to let you all know that we are going to have a ceremony as soon as we can. We are waiting for the CDC to allow mass gatherings so that we can have our graduation as planned at the Convention Center. Please stay tuned for a later date. Keep working hard for the next 3 weeks! We believe in you! We miss you!!!

PED: Schools Remain Closed, Students to Finish School Year with Remote Learning
Following the State of New Mexico Public Education Department announced Friday that schools will remain closed for the remainder of the year, New America School-Las Cruces administrators and teachers are working to release an education plan to begin on April 13.
Upcoming Education Events to feed your brain.
I chose to come to the NAS because I needed to catch up on my credits. I graduate this year and if I had stayed at my other school that wouldn’t have happened.”
I have been attending NAS-LC for almost a year. It is great here. I love the teachers and the education I’m receiving. My favorite class is geometry.”
I love my New America School (NAS-LC) because it has given me the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop new skills. Also it’s fun when I create projects for school. It’s even better when I have the schedule at night after work because it allows me to have time for both. The best part is that it helps me continue forward.”
I think the New America School-Las Cruces is great because it is opening up doors for me. I feel like I’m accomplishing a lot by coming here. The teachers are really great at assisting me in learning. Thanks NAS-LC for this opportunity.”
